This Privacy Policy explains our practices for all applications published by Infinite World on the Google Play Store and any associated web services (collectively, "the Services"). By using any of our applications, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data responsibly, transparently, and in compliance with applicable laws including GDPR and CCPA.
We collect limited, anonymized data to improve our applications and understand how they are used. This may include:
- Aggregated, anonymized usage statistics (e.g., feature usage frequency, crash reports)
- Device type, operating system version, and language settings (non-identifiable)
- App performance metrics collected through Google Firebase Analytics
- Contact form submissions you voluntarily submit through our website
All analytics data is collected in aggregated form and cannot be used to identify individual users. We do not sell this information to third parties, with or without user consent.
We do not collect any personally identifiable information (PII) from users of our Android applications. This means we do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other data that can directly identify you through the app.
If you contact us via our website contact form, the information you submit (name, email, message) is stored securely in Firebase Realtime Database and used solely to respond to your inquiry. This data is never shared with third parties.
Some of our applications request device permissions that are necessary for their core functionality. Below is a summary:
- Camera: Used by QR Scanner and ScanPro AI to scan codes and capture documents. Camera data is processed on-device and never transmitted.
- Storage / Files: Used by APK Manager, Audio Recorder, and Status Saver to read or write files at your explicit request.
- Microphone: Used by Sound Meter and Flappy Bird (voice control feature). Audio is analyzed locally and never stored or transmitted.
- Internet: Used for displaying ads (in free apps), loading Play Store links, and Firebase Analytics. No personal data is sent.
- Notification: Only requested where explicitly relevant to the app's function.
Permissions are requested only when needed and only for their stated purpose.
FollowUp is a personal CRM and interaction tracker published by Infinite World. Because it deals with contact and call data, it warrants a dedicated, transparent explanation of exactly how it handles your information.
What FollowUp stores on your device:
- Contact names and phone numbers that you import from your device's address book
- Call log entries (phone number, timestamp, duration) matched to your imported contacts
- Notes you write manually after interactions, including any sentiment tag you apply
- Tasks and action items you create and link to contacts
- Custom categories and tags you define
By default, all of this data is stored exclusively on your device using local storage. Nothing is transmitted anywhere unless you explicitly enable cloud sync.
Optional cloud sync — what is uploaded and where:
- Supabase Cloud Sync (opt-in): If you enable this, the CRM data listed above is uploaded to a secure PostgreSQL database hosted by Supabase (supabase.co). Access is protected by your email and password. Supabase's privacy policy governs their handling of stored data.
- Google Drive Sync (opt-in): If you choose this option, your data is written to your personal Google Drive app-data folder using the Google Drive API. Only you can access this data — Infinite World cannot read it. Google's Privacy Policy governs this storage.
- You may disable sync and delete all cloud data at any time from within the app's Settings screen or via the FollowUp web dashboard.
Device permissions used by FollowUp:
- READ_CONTACTS: Required to import contacts from your address book. Contact data never leaves your device unless you enable cloud sync.
- READ_CALL_LOG: Required to automatically match device call history to your imported contacts. Call log data is processed locally and only the matched entries are stored in the app.
- READ_PHONE_STATE: Used to detect active call events for real-time logging. No audio is accessed or recorded.
- POST_NOTIFICATIONS: Used to send local reminders for upcoming tasks you create. No notification content is sent to Infinite World servers.
- INTERNET: Required only when cloud sync is enabled. Not used otherwise.
What FollowUp never does:
- Never shares your contact or call data with Infinite World or any third party
- Never uses your CRM data for advertising or analytics
- Never records or stores audio from calls
- Never accesses contacts or call logs without your explicit permission grant
You may request complete deletion of your cloud account data by using the Manage Account option in the web dashboard, or by emailing us at toachieveinfinity@gmail.com.
Our free applications include advertisements served by Google AdMob. These ads help us keep our apps free for all users. AdMob may use anonymous identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID) to show relevant ads.
You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time through your device's settings: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization.
AdMob's data practices are governed by Google's Privacy Policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
Some Infinite World applications offer optional in-app purchases (e.g., premium/paid versions). All purchase transactions are handled entirely by the Google Play Store — we do not process, store, or have access to any payment or billing information.
Users are never required to make a purchase to use core features of any app.
Our applications and website may contain links to other Infinite World apps on the Google Play Store, or to third-party services such as Jitsi Meet (used in Meet Free). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those external services.
We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you interact with through our apps. The third-party SDKs we use include:
- Google Firebase (Analytics, Realtime Database) — Firebase Privacy

- 8x8 / Jitsi (Video conferencing in Meet Free) — 8x8 Privacy
- Supabase (Optional cloud sync in FollowUp CRM) — Supabase Privacy

We do not request, collect, or use your precise or approximate geographic location in any of our applications. No location data is stored or transmitted to our servers.
Several of our applications (including Toddler Games, Sight Words For Kids, and Kids Xylophone) are designed for use by children. We are fully committed to complying with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play's Families Policy.
- Apps designed for children do not collect personal information
- Any ads shown in children's apps are non-personalized, family-safe ads
- We do not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13
- If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the limited data we collect. Website contact form data is stored in Firebase with restricted access rules. No sensitive personal information is stored in our databases.
While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, please note that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of our applications after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
